New York State’s Travel Advisory quarantine list/state metrics are being retired; instead, New York is transitioning into a new travel testing policy.  States contiguous with New York are exempt from quarantine protocol.

Effective November 4th, out-of-state travelers will be allowed to “test out” of the COVID-19 14-day quarantine.
